Whisperer’s Windfall Quest — Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Whisperer’s Windfall Quest (the “Contest”), which is organized in conjunction with the promotion of Windborne Fate (the “Book”) by Temple Knight Publishing, also known as Temple Knight LLC (the “Organizer”).

Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Organizer, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Contest may not enter.

How to Enter

Participants are required to embark on a quest within the pages of Windborne Fate.
To enter the Contest, participants must:

  1. Solve the Acrostic Cipher: Uncover the acrostic cipher hidden within the book to unveil a cryptic riddle.

  2. Identify the Clues: List at least four out of the twelve clues scattered throughout the book that are essential to solving the riddle.

  3. Explain the Solution: Provide a clear explanation of how the listed clues led to the final answer.

  4. Submit Your Entry: Compile the solved cipher, the riddle, your list of clues, and your explanation into a single submission. Send your completed entry to quest@theelemancers.com, along with your name and contact details.

All entries must be submitted by the deadline of May 15, 2026, to be considered eligible.

Prizes

The winner will receive:

  • $1,000 Cash Prize

  • Signed copies of all current and future books in The Elemancer Chronicles — Books 1–3 upon the release of Hollow Bloom, and Books 4–7 as they are published.

  • Seven limited-edition map posters, one for each book in the series.

  • Official recognition as The Whisperer’s Windfall Champion, featured on the Elemancer Chronicles website and social media channels.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be determined based on the first correct and complete entry submitted that includes:

  • The correctly solved acrostic cipher.

  • The correctly unveiled riddle.

  • A list of at least four valid clues used in the solution.

  • A clear and logical explanation of how the clues led to the answer.

In the event of multiple correct solutions submitted on the same day, the cash prize will be divided equally among the eligible winners.

The winner will be notified via email and/or direct message on social media within 28 days of the submission deadline. The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

General Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or amend the Contest and these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be announced on the official website.

The Organizer is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Contest.

Data Protection and Publicity

By entering the Contest, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry details for publicity and promotional purposes. Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with current United States data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Liability

The Organizer will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize, including but not limited to: technical failures, hardware or software issues, lost network connections, or delayed transmissions that may limit the ability to participate.

Disputes

This Contest and its terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
